Clear terms for BROCADÁ pieces shipped from our studio in China to customers in the United States.
Availability and dispatch
Products shown as available on this website are in stock. Orders ship from the BROCADÁ studio in China. We confirm the item, shipping details and delivery address with you before the order is finalized.
United States shipping
- Flat shipping charge: $10 USD per order.
- Estimated delivery: approximately 15 days.
- Delivery timing is an estimate and may vary because of customs processing, local carrier conditions or an incomplete address.
Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or the natural variations found in handwoven brocade.
Small variations in motif placement, thread texture and colour are part of the handmade character of each piece and are not considered defects.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an item different from the one ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After we verify the issue, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.
